Call a recruiter at a company you might want to work for, he/she will tell you if your experience is a problem for them. Most likely if you pass their drive test it will be fine. Sounds like smooth shifting was the problem. School Bill not likely to hit your personal credit, if it does decide how you want to handle the problem after you know what problem you have. Most often takes a big company 45 days to finalize a termination, meanwhile get hired elsewhere. Money on a lawyer is not worth much until you know what you want done. Stuff can be taken off the dac but you can't do much about prevention, it's considered a record keeping exchange. Just my two cents.
How do you go about suing a company

If you were fired; how can you still be under contract.
If a company ask "How did you get out of Englands contract?" tell them, "England fired me; I don't work there any more." -
I got that from reading another post from a few years ago saying someone was with crst and they said they were under contract until the debt was payed. But they told me it was terminated and I'd just have to foot the bill
-
I can think of a better place for your foot, then tell them to kiss yours.
-
Me and you are on the same page with that lol. They have some third part debt collector that called I was like. "Naw"
-
I have had too many of those b4. I just use to be honest and they left me alone. Tell them I dont have they money right now. I can barely afford my bills but if i do get something extra i will call and make a payment when i can. They usually never call back and i eventually made a payment
-
Did it affect you going to other companies?
-
I never had a company run my credit at least not to my knowledge. But i know i messed it up enough that i use to be in the 500s. But my work ethic always kept me with a job. And i always made sure i was rehireable.
-
I'm just worried about if I'm under contract cus I haven't payed, but I don't believe I am
-
Naw if your terminated contract is void. The contract was just stating that they will pay the bill for schooling and you work for them to pay it back. If you leave or are terminated before the end of the agreed date on contract then you are liable for all payments. Thats it i havent even read your contract and i bet that is all it is. Guys go to megas just to get there cdl and then just leave once they get it. They worry about the bill later
