One of my daughters rides with me every summer. Next summer it is my youngest.
If I did that I would have to toss and replace nearly everything every year.
It's cool that you can afford the space for all that stuff.
What are you cooking with?

Nothing fancy.....Burton lunch box thing, microwave, coffee maker, 12v "fridge". I like roast beef and veggies in the Burton thing.
-
Alls I need is a nice hot turbo to cook my baked beans.
-
I could not handle a steady diet of beans alone.
-
12v igloo cooler
waring cast iron burner
frying pan
toaster/convection oven
Make all my own meals in the truck -
I use a 2qt crock pot with an 300 watt inverter.
It'll bring water close to a boil in around 20 min for oatmeal or grits in the morning , or tea or hot chocolate.
I wrap pre cooked chicken or steak strip in foil and they're steaming hot in under an hour to wrap in tortilla shells w fresh veggies n such.
Last night I put 2 thick pork chops , 2 cut potatoes, onions , 2 tomatoes, some small carrots , a boullion cube , and some spicy ranch dressing in a baking bag (no clean up!!) and slow cooked for 5hrs. DELICIOUS. HEALTHY. cost?? About $3Steinbrenner Thanks this. -
I have a microwave and a 12v Colman cooler. I turn my built in fridge as cold as it will get and its more like a freezer.
I precook chicken breasts, stir fry, steak, meatloaf while on home time and package the food in quart ziplock bags. One serving in each bag. Fresh salad, fruit and veggies go in the Coleman. One serving frozen veggies go in the freezer portion of the fridge. I cook rice and package that in one serving ziplocks too.
I just microwave the meal I choose right in the ziplock.
Takes a couple hrs of cooking at home but it's totally worth it...
This time I had chicken stir fry with peppers and onion, meatloaf, and breaded chicken filets. Sometimes it's steak or pork chops... All depends.....
Easy to pack 2-3 weeks worth of food....
Think I'll have some chicken stir fry, rice, and a nice salad for dinner tonight.....
Also have a coffee maker, toaster and a small crock pot. Never used to crock pot yet.jammer910Z Thanks this. -
I use 1 burner propane camping stove for most of my cooking, JETBOIL works for quick hot water.
