Do you know how to download that information?

I'm not familiar with Rand McNally but I assume you can go to their web site and find out how. If this is a company thing, they will need to print these off every 3 months (per your request) and save them for you.
If this is for tax purposes, many are using a simple "diary" record system for documenting time home and/or time away from homeBalakov100 Thanks this. -
I made a simple Chart/Spreadsheet on Google Sheets..
Date/Mileage/Trip/Location
Date Mileage Trip Place

That spreed sheet would work however I need a copy of my logs to show proof of work history for a new employer.

Why won't the employer tell you?
Seems silly.
With QC there's a website you can go to.
Thinking there might be one for the Rand System?
Maybe @Mark Kling knows?
Some (employers) will accept W2s also. -
The employer I don't want knowing I'm looking for other jobs. Cause if things don't work oUT I know I'll be screwed
-
Can't you show them a w-2???
-
Tell them you need it for Tax Purposes.
That's pretty normal.
