I have a Rand mcnally elog system, and I'm trying to access all my elogs from the past year. My employer won't tell me how to get them. Is there another way?

I was not aware there were any carriers providing Rand McNally eLog devices to drivers. But regardless, whatever system you are on, the most history you can "download" is about 4 months. If you wait a year, you're just not going to get them because they are gone.

I'm not familiar with Rand McNally but I assume you can go to their web site and find out how. If this is a company thing, they will need to print these off every 3 months (per your request) and save them for you.

If this is for tax purposes, many are using a simple "diary" record system for documenting time home and/or time away from home

    Balakov100 Thanks this.

That spreed sheet would work however I need a copy of my logs to show proof of work history for a new employer.

Why won't the employer tell you?
    Seems silly.
With QC there's a website you can go to.
Thinking there might be one for the Rand System?

    Maybe @Mark Kling knows?
Some (employers) will accept W2s also.

Tell them you need it for Tax Purposes.
    That's pretty normal.
