I was told that I go on some website to setup direct deposit? Tired of the comdata Bull Crap. I would ask someone at the terminal or my driver manger but i'm at home at the moment.
P.S I love it here terminal is 5 mins from my house makes it a lot easier... So your job and you will get miles.

It wouldnt let me do it online. I had to use the kiosk at the terminal.
Driver info > update personal info > somewhere in there will be something about direct deposit. -
That's what I thought. I'll do it in the morning thanks man! -
If you are that close to the terminal, go to the terminal and log onto the kiosk. I can't remember the exact steps at the moment, but you want to find the link titled "update your info." Once you find that, you may find several options you will want to update, including opting in for text messages when you get a preplan.
Anyway, to set your direct deposit, scroll down to the appropriate link and select. Once you are at the right page, the rest is self explanatory, just enter your checking information in the appropriate spaces. And if you want your full check to go into your account (or you can split it into different accounts, but it think most drivers just use the one account) be sure to select the box to deposit the net of your check into your account. Also be sure to unselect the box to deposit your net to the Comdata card. -
Yes, the Kiosk is the way I did mine as a company driver, it explains how you can't go over 99% so you can split it up between your checking and savings accts.
But you will need your acct numbers and routing numbers to fill out the form.
But don't worry, if it gets put on your comdata card, you can set up a pin, then use it at any ATM, but there will be the usual ATM fee for a withdraw. -
There is a $5 fee from Comdata plus the atm fee so you can wind up getting charged almost $9 for your money . You can also set up direct deposit to your bank account to transfer money from your Comdata . It requires a form you need to get from payroll . Better to have all of your pay direct deposited to your bank .

Unless Comdata changed the rules, I thought they gave 2 free transactions every time money was put on your card.
There is a $5 fee for O/O's to transfer money to your card from your maintenance acct instead of putting it on your settlement, is that maybe where you got the $5 fee idea from?
But the card works like a regular debit card at most places, with even being able to get cash back if its there still on the card.

If you fill up over 100 gallons with the comdata card... You can then cash a comdata check with no additional fees!! Need to do it within four hours of your fueling at the same truck stop.
Man, I can't believe how much trainers miss the boat on the details.
And
How lucky I was to get the trainer I got. -
But yes... You can only submit DD from a kiosk.
That should have been covered during your orientation. -
I operate my business off my Comdata card ... I've only been charged $1, which is now $1.7 as of this month, for an ATM withdrawal ... No charge for a Comcheck, no charge for POS debit, no charge for transfer to my checking account.
