First of all, reason of dealing with the trucking company direct is I get better service dealing with them direct and when it comes to cost, I had much rather pay a trucking company or owner operator more than I pay the broker just for that service. I get more runaound from a broker.

I know your post is somewhat dated but thought I would send a message anyway. Let me know if you still need some quality reliable o/o's to run for you. I am based in the NW and have HazMat authority and plenty of experience hauling corosive loads. I can fill out your packet and supply my info in no time! Thanks, Mark

This is an old string but I thought I would chime in. As an owner operator with my own authority I appreciate the shippers efforts to go direct. I wish there were more of you. I think most O/Op would agree...if the freight and pay is there I will get the equipment and insurance I need to haul it. The benefit of hiring an owner operator is we partner with you and you won't get someone new on every shipment. Hey if you are still looking for good carriers let me know:)

kiro_gs@yahoo.com is my e-mail. I got 2015 utility trailer with composite walls and Volvo truck in excellent condition. Motivated owner operator more than 8 years of experience and 1 million safe driving miles over the road. No accidents no tickets. I got Hazmat and Tanker endorsement. My location is Kansas City but I am looking for dedicated options or some steady runs on good rates. Any shipper can contact me and make me an offer. I am on my way to get my own authority if I find some serious customer. Just looking for a good shipper to serve and I am ready to contract immediately. Yes I am not cheap , but I am always every time on time :)). Currently working for one of the best carriers for owner operators in USA and Canada. No brokers please. Thank You and see you soon :)

Sounds like you have dealt with some ####ty brokers and I'm sure I know who they are.
