A load of drywall I loaded yesterday. I'm maxed right out on my gauges with this 4 axle, both truck and trailer.

And by I loaded, I mean I uncoupled the trailer, waited, re-coupled the trailer, and tightened the pre-thrown and hooked straps.

Checking all the tire pressures now causes your pretrip inspection to last 3 days

And get this, you can't really see it in the picture but there are 4 tires on each end of each axle. That makes for a lot of tires.

Those hook with a pintle hitch, don't they? Or do my eyes deceive me? Those look the same type rigs I see in and around Houston. Moving big pieces for refineries and such.

I think so. That pic was taken around the corner from 'home', I didn't get up close.

    Al. Roper Thanks this.

Me: "You have a pick-up address for me?"
Agent: "No, probably best I pull off before you have to turn and you follow me in"
They don't even bother to paint lines on the highway.
    Cell service? HA!!!!
No problem finding parking for the night, just make sure not to drain the batteries so it won't start.

Saw a pair of Australian Defence Force M1-A1 Abrams tanks this morning on their way from one side of the country to the other. Stopped for breakfast near Broken Hill NSW. image.jpeg image.jpeg image.jpeg image.jpeg
