Use the SBA. lot of paperwork but heck big brother knows all about your business already.

 

Many banks offer SBA loans and will work with you to get the paperwork done correctly.

 

I just completed an SBA loan application and was approved.

SBA loans are made through banks. You still have to meet the bank's lending requirements and qualification standards. The banks that make these loans are mitigated for up to 75% of the loan in the event the borrower defaults on the loan.

The SBA forms I was required to fill out were really limited and somewhat redundant. However, there was nothing to it, really.

I went through a local community bank in my hometown in Oregon. If you do a Google search for SBA preferred lenders I'm sure you'll find a list of lenders in your area that do SBA loans.
