Running with JCT, Part Deux

There is now a washout express across building 2 of S&R Forwading. Called Macega Washout Express. $30 cash or $35 check. And they will take EFS. They were mobile washing trailers on the street, but the city didn't like it to much, so they are no set up in a dirt lot.

 

Most of jct turn over is in the first 3 months. If everyone who came to jct got a brand new truck there would be no new trucks for those with the older trucks that they don't want anymore and will be phased out. That Is why jct dosnt allow you to get a new truck till you have been here for 90 days.

 

Do they have any long nose Petes on the yard or did they get rid of those?

 

All the petes are 579s

 

No long nose Petes. The closest thing to a long nose anything is the KW T660.

 

Just my view but color and looks don't make you money. If you are more interested in looks of a truck you will not make money.

 

When you guys got your first check after orientation was it descent? just curious due to no orientation pay

 

It depends on when you get the truck and your drop day. My first was negative but my second was nice.

Don't enter thinking you will make killing. The payout is once the lease is paid off.

Truck is fully fueled and there is no payment for the first week so if you have a full week it should be good. Mine was $2k but don't expect that every week. Second was $350, 3rd $580 and 4th was $1750. Avg of $1170 a week my first month.
