    We have always had that available, this is something different as well as the backlogging time.
    this new 5 min clock starts at any duty status as soon as the wheels roll and backlogs the time to when truck 1st moved. when that clock hits 5 min whether or not you broke the 15 mph or 2 mile threshold it throws you on the drive line with no way to edit out the 5 min drive time (the qcom will still show what your duty status was until the 5 min mark)

    it is 2 new changes..5 minute timer and backlogging drive time to when trk 1st rolls

    the 5 min timer can be reset once you stop the truck but for how long you have to sit w/o moving for the clock to start over I haven't figured out yet..I'm still testing it..obviously changing duty status will restart it but that may not be possible depending on what you are trying to do. (del in middle of a break)

    @tow614

    I saw a Big G pulling a Walmart trailer on I-81 last night. Are you guys pulling them out of that Midway DC now?

    I got a buddy doing that. He said 10 drivers for approx 3 weeks. The gig Box passed on. I'm sure it's holiday related.

    tow614 and Livininabox Thank this.

    As xls said that is the gig I passed on..3 wks ish out of midway..when i came out of the house one of the drivers doing that was parked at Russellville..my wife laughed as she knows my hatred for Walmart.
    I hope all are paying very close attention to the economy and have your finances in order.
    There are many red flags waving and when this economy busts again its gonna be very ugly (worse than last time), I told the wife if it doesn't flop by 2017 I will be very surprised..

    well Im now an employee for CRST. I can start counting down the one year starting Saturday when I get on my trainers truck. Im so tired of living in hotels ! OKC seems pretty nice from what I've seen. I've met quite a few super truckers hanging round the terminal. And also some real truckers. Most were very nice and gave good advice. But I can say now I'm getting an idea about what you folks talk about concerning the young ones. Slobs ! Lazy ! And talk too much trash. I got lucky my trainer is older than me and im 54.
