driver side fuel tank is over flowing. Is it the sending unit on the passenger tank . I'm pulling the fuel transfer pump fuse till the driver side tank draws down bout 1/4 tank

Sounds like you got a plugged vent or fuel splitter acting up

You will have one sending unit in each tank. The engine draws and returns fuel to only the left side tank, and right side tank is just a storage tank. The body controller monitors fuel level in both tanks and turns on the transfer pump to pump fuel from the right side tank to the left side when the level gets too high in the right side tank. This is something that needs Diamond Logic Build software hooked up to see why the pump is on when it shouldn't be.

    Holy crow heavyd
Is this another one of international genius ideas of how to make things way more complicated then need to be.
Sounds like just more crap to go wrong.
Never heard of such a ridiculous way of keeping Saddle tanks even .
Just another reason why international is going down the tubes.
