Spoke to Henderson Recruiter....

What's wrong with having a laminated social security card? Mine has been laminate since I was in the Military.

 

Social security states no laminating ss cards. I am sure it has to do with forged cards.

 

I also spoke with a recutier this week. Just trying to do some research about the company. After you go solo, do they put a trainee with you?

 

I would say it's probably just a security thing, I was told no lamination, I had gotten a replacement a few years ago, it didn't take too long to get.

That depends on you, if I remember correctly you have to wait 90 days before you can become a trainer. After that it's just a matter of talking to your FM. I just finished Henderson's school a week ago, if you have any questions feel free to shoot me a PM.

 

I don't currently have a CDL. So I'm trying to figure out the best company to go with that will send me for training and won't screw me
