The only real problem with that do it yourself kit is nobody really has found a foolproof way to do it yourself and not get caught lol

It's still raining outside... cold and wet... :biggrin_2552: I feel like staying in the truck for as long as it rains...
But I gotta go to the restroom and brush my teeth and wash my cooking pot... and stretch out my legs... Will grab my heavy coat, my galoshes and go...

You all realize that from all the stuff we've posted just on this thread...we could probably make some serious money writing a book.

Well. My debate of the hour is... Do I stay at the house and catch some shut eye, or do I go to the truck and catch some shut eye there...

Tallahassee, fl tomorrow. 5am delivery, curious how SNI wants me to run. I'm thinking I'll do i75 down to the Tifton, ga exit and cut across using US 319 to i10.

Thank you Mr. Vilhiem... A good person... some people have told me I was dumb... :biggrin_25523:
And my ex-husband may not share your opinion... I screw up quite some in that marriage...:biggrin_2552: the least I could do was to honor my word and leave with no drama and/or pain and suffering...

I generally check Google maps... it offers a couple or more routes... then I check truck restrictions, weather, traffic conditions, road construction, where I will park for my next break, fuel, among other details...

Sheesh. Show up at the freezer 15 mins before my load appt and the lot is nearly empty. I get assigned door 2, and of course 3 trucks were in my way when I go back out to dock. I went in once and a driver I know was about to come out. I mentioned the others and the pretended not to be listening. So I went in a second time a little louder. Thankfully no shoe collecting was required and hit the door with no further drama.

You oughta do like some and go find a cartoon character for an avatar.

That's just crazy talk. Heat is on 74º so i dont need a sweatshirt and do my part to promote global warming.

Our great big brains throw off a lot of heat. It's a burden. Really.

I emptied out a pocket in my briefcase looking for something, and found R$ 30¢ in there. Probably worth 2¢ since it landed in there in 2008. Probably some more in the back pocket where I dump change. Maybe even some folding Reals in my dresser somewhere. I always keep about $20 US worth of foreign currency in case I ever go back. Enough for a snack or something at the airport.

You know Cabellas usually has truck parking. Go in there and get you a real sleeping bag.

The first five minutes doesn't count. You'll catch it immediately from the wife, the dog will wait a while to let you think you got away with something, then poop in your shoe.

Mine went sort of that way, just less mushy. More like, "All our crap is in that storage locker. Take whatever you want and I'll haul the rest to the dump."
