Pending Felony battery charge

I wasn't going to reply any further on this thread, but going to the defense of another is not take the law in your own hands, everyone has a legal right to defend another if they truly believe they can come into serious bodily harm or even death, a man attacking a woman like that would must certainly qualify

 

we dont know what happened and I'm not going to ask you.I just hope the odds are in your favor the your case does go to trial.

 

If you have pretty clean record and good attorney you should be ok. As far as PTI I wouldn't count on that because the victim of the assault will have to approve paperwork. Asking them to show up for court is one issue but give them a chance to write a few words to keep you from any future is another.

Women want to be equal so why should we come to rescue them when they start #### with guys at bars and get decked for it.

I remember reading about a student that stabbed his trainer , would that be considered " Felony Battery " or just attempted murder. I wonder if they are still together ?????

My point being ?

So many people ask if they have a certain charge against them could they still get a job . I think I would want to know the whole story before I hired the person.

Could be something that ain't that big of a deal..............

Or could be some loose cannon with a bad temper that's going to stick a knife in ya at any given time.

If it is pending and there is a chance of it being dropped soon maybe it would be best to hold off on trying to get a job until after court. I know he said he needs a job now but could make a difference in a better job later.

 

Have you applied for any jobs yet? The first week of CDL school is the best time to start the applications.

Equality shouldn't even be an issue in coming to a females rescue.guys are much bigger then women.I'm 5 foot 7 123 lbsno way could I fight off A 180 lb man.
