    Thank you for the suggestions Mr. RedForeman.... I used to watch TV when I was a kid in Brasil... it would show all those American shows... I liked the Adams Family... and the Munsters...

    My mom used to say that beets are good for the blood... and have lots of nutrients.. I like them cooked or in salads, or shredded, or even in shakes and juices... A juice of orange + beets and carrots tastes very good... For me, no sugar needed.. :biggrin_25519:
