FLD120 blowing smoke, found oil in odd place

99 FLD120 with 60 series detroit. Ran a load early a.m. with no issues. Pulled on the highway with second load and all of a sudden blue smoke rolling out. Pulled off the side of the road to check it. Pulled the top hose off turbo, no oil there,but noticed some oil leaking from the elbow behind the turbo. No loss of power, no miss, no shudder or shake. Pulled back on the road and took to a good location a few miles down the road. Oil was dripping from all around the intake, air compressor area, dipstick, and exhaust. Pulled the tube going from air compressor to intake, no oil there. No oil in the air to air. We are about to pull the exhaust off the turbo now to see what's there. WTH could have caused oil to blow out the intake? I've never seen that happen. TIA

 

We also pulled the dipstick with the truck running, and when we accelerate, the amount of oil blowing from the dipstick doesn't increase.

 

found blow by tube stopped up. what repurcussions can i watch for?
