Non-Trucking Liability Insurance (NTLI)

I'm an RV Transport driver, going on 2 years now. Not new to the game or anything. I'm just looking for a different company for my NTL insurance. I had been using "Brown&Brown", however as good as their price is. I don't like them. Why? because they have absolutely NO customer support. Sure, you can call and talk to them, but there is no personal online profile you can sign into to check your balance, or see what your payment history is, nor do they send you any kind of email notification if your payment is passed due or anything like that. So, most of the time the hardest thing to do is to remember to pay the stupid thing cause with everything else going on in our lives, someone that doesn't remind you, doesn't matter. So basically/bottom line, I'm asking other drivers to chime in on which companies they use and a rough ball-park figure of how much their coverage is and what what it costs them. (I'll need at least $500,000 NTL, so if you have that...that's a great 1/1 comparison)
