At Swift if you have a log violation you have to start your training all over again..(sorry)

Will the trainer even know the answer to this?

Thank U for adding to my case against trainers, they are worthless and unneeded in this industry. If you need one, quit, as it means you're half retar ded and in over your skill level, go to Burger King.

It's okay, in another thread one of your co-workers felt so bad for you he took a wrong turn and then damaged something turning around. His sacrificial firing distracted them... you're safe.

The bonus is based on driver ranking, and I don't think HOS violations come into play.
On time percentage, preventable accidents and miles is what your rank is based on.

Also, Swift would never 'take' your bonus.
Even if you fell to Bronze level - the lowest - there is still a bonus.

And, by the way, it is your own responsibility as a driver to make sure you don't break those HOS rules.
You have every right, and the power, to simply shut down the truck where ever you need to to stay legal.

No one can make you drive that truck against your will.
    Can they?

    pumpkinhead and inkeper Thank this.

If law enforcement tells me to move my truck or go to jail I'll move the truck. May not want to but I certainly DO NOT want to spend any time in jail.
