I drove a pro star for like 2 weeks once with a cummins / 10 speed OD. It wasn't bad. But if your going to invest I think I'd definitely choose the Volvo.
I drove an automatic once for like 10 minutes, took it back to the yard and said. " Oh hell no."

International trucks are plain junk these days....especially if required with a MaxxFarce POS engine.
I seriously doubt international will survive the next decade with all the losses and pending lawsuits....it's a financial nightmare.
Anyway, ratpack do you know when the dual clutch iShift is going to be available in US road tractors?
I also have a XE Volvo with a iShift and just plain love this trans. It has manual mode with no limiters and can be driven any which way I please....pretty awesome!! The pulling power clear down to 1,000rpm is just crazy with the XE software package in the motor! -
I have a 2015 international prostar, Cummings, 10 speed.
I love it!
Great cupholders, power ports every where..
Room to sit up in both top and bottom bunks.
Perfect space between desktops and top closets.
Windows for top and bottom bunks.
THINGS I DON'T LIKE
weak sound / stereo system.
The stereo antenna location.
No outside air temperature
No rear audio controls.
The only way to open storage is outside key.
Windshield curtains should be taller and longer so they could stay on dash, and drape better over steering wheel in up position.
A zipper sleeper curtain is nicer than the magnetic crap. -
That company is practically the blood and guts of the whole townKB3MMX Thanks this. -
Lol.. My phone auto completes the words. I gotta pay more attention!!
