The key to the LP or o/o?

If you have a inverter I would roll with a crock pot strapped down with bungee chords. I haven't hooked mine up yet. So I've been using my Lunchbox oven, lil Webber grill and now I have a butane stove. I pre wash all my meats and my lil electric cooler holds plenty to get through the week. Especially pork chops and steaks because they lay flat. Most of the time If I marinate I use a zip lock bag and start it during my 30 min break. And cook when my breaks are pulled for my 10. And for something really awesome and quick? Hit a Kroger store to grab some precooked chicken taco meat and some precooked fried rice. Takes almost no time at all to hook up and it's freaking awesome. Dump the chicken in with the rice and simply heat it up. I promise you'll love it.

 

That's the as I call it. Southwest chicken fried rice. With a lil cheese.
