    Stevens is just like every single other company out there. Some love it. Some hate it. They are reefer so lots of waiting. Low pay, just like every other company. Some good trucks, some crappy ones. Same with trailers. Pos dispatchers and mechanics. basically, take every bad and good comment you read from every company, ball them all up together and there you have Stevens, knight, swift, Crete, Schneider, Werner, tmc, jct, transam, Melton, etc etc etc.
