It's true, not only that.. the day after I gave UP and left the Northeast Schneider threw up a bunch of $5-$12 per mile $1000+ loads there. I was soo pissed.
Now the green undersold signs are following me where ever I go.
I'll be in the Chicago area early this week for a couple days.. watch it go to crap once I get there too lol.

Haven't had a canceled load in as long as I can remember. That happened often when I'd book far out though which I rarely do anymore.
Biggest problem I deal with (besides 9 series trailers lololol) is Schneider putting up BS info for appointments. Last week had a load that was supposed to be open window live unload through Sat-Sun.
I get there Sunday afternoon and it's like a gave yard only to find out that customer is closed on weekends and that's what my appointment was :biggrin_25510:

Even today I picked up a load that had an appointment (preloaded trailer).. and "hours"
said the place closes at nights and on Sundays.
I get there this morning.. nobody is there. No guard nothing. Bills were in the mailbox, I dropped my empty in some random place, picked up my load and went.
Would be nice for some accurate info or at least in customer remarks but nope.
It feels like Schneider makes random stuff up including appointment times at times.

I've come across so much inaccurate info its unreal sometimes.

Delivered in Elwood, IL Friday morning with a bad address in the w/a, on the bills, and Jill didn't know where it was either.

Had a live load Saturday in Champaign, remarks said long term parking available, pull in Friday night to find out they haven't had parking in a long time. Fortunately the customer was really cool and let me drop my trailer in the door and park off in a corner.

Its understandable that you're going to get bad info sometimes, but not every other load.

And they do make up appointment times. Several times I've pulled into customers a little before a so called appointment only to be told they don't have appointments, its first come first serve, so get in line. Thanks CS for wasting my time and money.

to be honest I don't think customer service gives a poop.
They've been making up BS info as long as I've been here, from appointment times to hours of being opened is the bad part.
Only time things have been always accurate for me in on high service loads where I have to call in on a three way call.
When something really pisses me off I'll use the rate a location but being it's Schneider I don't see them getting their act together lol.
But I will say this.. I got a message that Schneider is testing something in which you can request loads be added into between others on your assignments directly from you computer. Supposedly this has become a big problem with ICs calling in all the time to add loads in between others and is a big cause of long wait times on hold.
Sooo I'll give them credit there because the hold times to get through to anybody has been another big problem here, at least they're looking at helping that issue. Hiring more people of course they won't do though lol

Yeah that's happened to me before as well.
A lot of preloaded trailers don't have appointments to be picked up, they can be picked up anytime but Schneider puts appointment times on those. like wtf?
While a lot is good here, the amount of disorganization and crap info is unreal. Schneider also is still knocking out the pay errors too. This week saw more negative paying loads and also saw a load where the linehaul and FSC was entered in twice on the same load lololol.
