The injectors I got are re-manufactured/reconditioned? Could they be faulty and cause that?

Of course it increases pressure. The amount of vacuum a turbo pushes is directly related to how much exhaust is being created. When you said it wasn't creating pressure, I assumed you meant under load, not sitting in the drive way idling.

Your not going to get hardly any air from that hose going to actuator just b free reving the engine. Under load and making boost is when that comes into play.

No if it's running smoothly and starting good and reving up fine I'd look at your boost sensor as potentially the issue

The boat gauge is also going to only show a vacuum under load. Sitting in the drive way won't create boost. Do you not have a boost gauge on the dash? If not. Install a manual gauge, not an electric one relying on a sensor. While you are at it, install a pyrometer. Those two gauges make diagnosing an engine ten times easier.

The truck has a boost gauge.

I have just tested the truck with a 30,000kg (+66,000lb pound) load. The turbo boost gauge hardly gets to 10psi. Even going up hills.

I had the same problem with mine. The cam sensor was bad, also had corroded fuel lines from the tank to the fuel filter. That fixed the hard start. The darkness in the fuel sounds like algae.

The hard start and dark fuel was fixed after changing the injectors. It's been driven about 300 miles after changing the injectors and it starts very well and the fuel is colour is perfect.

The only problem it has no power at all and the consumption is quite high.
