    Well it is a start.. And they need to start some where. And if they build in NJ there will be 4 spots added. You know that everyone needs some of that money. And in the land of cala-mexico who knows.

    once the money is given out who is to say they really will use it for truck parking? All they have to do is say we looked at it and parking seemed sufficient then the money will be spent on higher wages for law makers or something as such...

    That's fantastic!

    Hopefully fewer tickets will be issued for parking on exit ramps and other places when the work is completed.
