    Hi guys,
    Can anyone help me with this code,I know it's something about injector 4,but I'm not sure is it injector or injector harness... Thank you
    Sorry I forgot to mention most important thing...
    Truck runs smoothly,and when I get to up hill or some bump on a road,I'm hauling 48,000, I get check engine for injector 4 and engine starts rumbling and shaking,then I stop turn off the engine wait 2-3 mins,start it again and it runs normal,any suggestions?

    Going to have to plug in laptop, read codes and do injector cut out test at the least. Sounds like you are on right track (injector/harness)
