Be real interested to see what this driver has to say about the replies hes gotten. When I looked around for a position after I left Eagle, number 1 priority was money, number 2 was hometime.
NavigatorWife Thanks this. -
Lincoln ended slavery. Find another job if the Boss man dont care about your time off.
I quit TransScam for similar reason. They had company drivers put in 3 weeks ahead for days off then you hardly got days you wanted. You got what they gave you.NavigatorWife Thanks this. -
This is why I thought most companies would not hire outside there lane areas.
This is what was wrong with the driver that hit Tracey Morgan, he lived too far out and traveled back to the terminal and then drove his shift.
No way should a person work for a company that can't get them home with a load somewhere in the area. -
My thoughts exactly. If they knew you lived that far away they shouldn't have hired you. I was dumbstruck by that driver who hit tracey morgan as well. Most dc jobs require you live within x distance (typically 60 to 90 miles) of the dc.Last edited: Dec 13, 2015

The company needs you more than you need them. Choose another employer.
