It appears most of the guys in this forum are completely unaware of all the drama that has been unfolding regarding this topic.

 

That video he made wasn't for entertainment purposes like the other videos. He was being totally serious in this video.

 

He's talking about Brian Smith that owns Trucks CB Sales and he's also talking about a guy named D-Rail who is the son of the owner of Wolfman CB shop who claims to be a Christian but misleads his customers by telling them that he can get 4000 watts of power out of 16
2sc2879 transistors while showing a picture of a spectrum analyzer on his Facebook page giving his customers a false sense of security.

 

No they don't I think it is getting out of hand

 

I think y'all are a Bunch of Haters..

 

We like radios that achieve their full potential. We dislike people who are dishonest and prey upon people's ignorance to make a quick buck without delivering an equitable service.

 

Call it whatever you want. Some of us are tired of the airwaves being polluted by overmodulating splatterboxes. Some of us are tired of these guys who pretend they know what they're doing, or who think they know what they're doing, when they actually have no clue...who are pumping these crapboxes out with reckless abandon. And in the process, they are taking their customers for a ride.

 

I'm tired of guys that think they can tune a 600 amp station powered off car batteries with a 3 volt voltage drop because they don't have a big enough power supply,
And guys who think they can tune a radio without any sort of test equipment thinking their customers are just as dumb as they are. Charging money for inferior services is wrong. People need to find something they are good at and stick to it.
It is only honest to stay within our limitations when it comes to charging a customer money. If you can't excel at something, it is time to scale back what we charge money for or choose a new career path.
