Hello again;

Has anyone on this board attended or know someone who did, either the Northeast Ohio CDL Schools HAMRICK Truck Driving School in Medina, OH, or the BIG RIG Truck Driving school in Canton OH (run by the Lattavo Co.)? I will decide between either those two, or go the Company route with Roehl- to get my CDL.

I'll throw in another nod for Great Lakes,, I was there about 3 1/2 years ago, no regrets.

I've also heard good things about TDDS.

Big Rig in canton, not sure how their school is, but I walked in and interrupted a blabber session between the trailer park queens in the office. I got the impression they'd rather be flapping their gums than giving me info, so out the door I went.

Actually I can help you out as I am three days from graduating Hamrick.In addition, there is a question as to the qualifications of some of the instructors that work at Hamrick. For instance one teacher was reported (not verified however) to be at Hamrick as she was not able to drive due to numerous rollovers in her truck (she was an Owner Operator which is why if it is true she was able to still drive after the first.)Hope this helps.

I heard the same story concerning this female when I was there from a couple of different sources.
