The amount written into the contract supersedes anything the website might say. The site can easily be wrong but the contract you signed with SFI is legally binding.

    freightwipper Thanks this.

And the residual is the balloon payment and does not go down with every payment. Only the principle goes down with every payment.

Finished the first day of orientation today and I heard a statistic that suprised me. There are currently 2,325 IC's that collectively move 45% of all Schneider Nationals freight.

Yeah, I was wondering about that so I asked him to repeat himself just to be sure I heard it correctly. Him being, Dan, the manager of all the ICAs in Green Bay. He spoke for nearly 3 hours today.

Could easily be 45% of "system" freight. The rest of the company trucks technically could be distributed to dedicated, pseudo-dedicated, regional, etc ect.

    freightwipper Thanks this.

Or maybe 45% of total loads. We will do more short higher paying loads vs longer loads that company drivers want for the miles.

Considering how I had a black cascadia blow by me doing 73 in a 55 on i294 in Chicago yesterday it is possible ic's are moving freight at break neck speed

my guess is he is doing multiple short runs in a day trying to get home before his clock runs out.
