cry babies at Western Express

He must be da same DM that sent me to Cali then AZ & but no my DM's a male...& I'm planning 2 quit,They said when da co. was better b4 the founder died...Baby Girl I hv a grandbaby 10yrs younger than U & she misses me aweful & da miles aren't always good..& I was stuck in AZ add'l 2 days cause DM did'nt make appt. 4 D/L..and Arctic Express had 20 drivers quit all at once in 2000 in one day alone!!! their not da only bad trucking co. but I'm having flashbacks of 1999-2000 of Hilliard Ohio when they had split speed laws on their interstates...Should've listen 2U & not my neighbor!! LOL Baby Girl!!!

 

Have family in Emmaus,Macungie,Allentown,Bethleham, & Northampton & I was respectful but Western take pride in talking down 2U & paying garbage & justifying brain dead mistakes after another...& I had 2 replace a number of stuff myself on my truck...Breakdown's a joke!!!!!! What can I say..The Truth can not be handled!!!!!!

Yes I am...and believe U me I posted about da slowing down hrs 2 D/L ing & speed on trucks w/Elogs make it slower & U can never make money legally w/Western Period!!!

 

I've been in flatbed for years.Passed alot of improperly secured Western Express Trucks.I've helped a couple of their drivers resecure their loads. I've learned from talking to their drivers that you can't blame the drivers for not being trained right.I did'nt know that Western Express did'nt train their drivers right. I just never gave it much thought until I talked with a couple of their drivers. Well if I ever need to find a job I'll make sure Western Express gets passed up on the App. page. Thanks Guys.

 

U did'nt miss a thang, They taught enough 4 a experience driver like me 2 catch on 2 how it's done but I also had prev exp w/flatbedding mainly crushed cars B4 they started using 4 siders....Their hiring too many ameteurs & their money is funny,& they treat & pay Exp vets like me like garbage, no respect at all,I'm planning 2 get out of their employ in a wk or 2 so brother U did da right thing by staying away,warn others...Seroiusly!!!!!!

 

Sounds like you have it all figured out irish wood pretty soon i am sure you will be king, and the owner of a company and a few thousand trucks under your command, then you can show these "girls" how its done. And for the rest of you that invest time into down talking other drivers that might be new to the industry or possibly trained by a not so qualified trainer how about you put your lap top or smart phone down, get out of your truck quit peeking through your curtain witnissing another driver doing something incorrectly and help a fellow driver out from the sounds of it several of you have all the knowlege but you do not share the wealth instead you are quick to criticise, then again i can somewhat understand that im sure it does feel good to some extent to point out others bads its like a self reminder of how good you are.

 

Thats the type of motivation i was looking for all we have to do is get the job done!!!...
