If I remember correctly the supreme Court ruled that the fine unconstitutional and couldn't be upheld, just the mandate for health coverage was constitutional.

 

Well what they did is declare it a tax instead of a fine which we all know it's a fine so they could circumvent the laws essentially with...its all a complete joke anyway..

 

If its a tax its also unconstitutional, but when does that little piece of parchment get in the way?

 

Ah ok, I missed that part. Didn't pay much attention to how the fine/tax was being imposed since I have insurance. Kind of need it since I have a pacemaker and those are cheap to replace.

does a 3yr lease pay off a new cascade from sfi, or will you still have a balance after that, also anyone know what the balance would be after a 1 yr lease on a new cascadia

 

On a 3 its about 55k balloon...on a 1 it has to be over 100k...
