If they file a claim with Cummins rapid serv will credit turbo on the spot. And probably even labor. DO NOT leave with out the rapid serv claim #. If the dealer can say the turbo failed without any question then it should be no charge. Talk to their warranty administrator. See if they filed the claim and why if you have proper documentation why it isn't covered on the spot. You are in Denver if I remember right Cummins Rocky Mountain is right there. Idk who their rep is but a phone call should be able to set it straight. It might just be their policy. If you get a copy of the open claim fax and see if they already have a copy of the closed claim fax too. If they have a closed claim fax check to see what was claimed and square it up before you leave. They will usually drag their feet if you leave. They can adjust even if closed. Try for the manifold but most likely it will be considered workmanship and be up to the dealer whether they want to take care of it. If they have the closed claim fax rhat eans warranty is approved and already set up for payment by Cummins.

They finished this morning at 4am, i cut check and drove to my delivery 10 miles away. I had to make my new appt at 7am since i didng made it 2 days ago. I went back at talked with 1st shift service supervisor and told him that Rocky Mountain would charge me 4.5hrs for the turbo and 2.5hrs for the ex manifold so he made new bill for 7hrs of labor instead 16, give me my 1st check and i made new one. He did filed claim and he said its gonna be next week. I dix told him to claim every single part, bolt, nut and labor and i told him they will get paid no matter what. Hi said ok
