    I left xpo/con-way and have both estes and oak harbor wanting to hire me. Oak harbor is hiring me at top scale for line board extra board. Estes has a dedicated night line run for me but not top scale. Help me out guys.

    I would take the guaranteed work over a maybe, but that's just me. Doesn't matter what you do or where you go, there will always be somebody making more money than you.

    Just a little off topic, how come you left Conway? I was with them a couple years ago just curious if theres a lot of changes with xpo that you didn't like or what?

    I think Estes top scale will be substantially more if you can hang in there at a lower starting pay.. personally I'd go with the higher earning potential in the long run
