    I lost 70 lbs. in one year. All I did was give up red meat and dairy, started eating more salads and smaller portions. And gave up the truck stop buffets.

    get them p90x dvds and trust me youll be in the shape of your life in 3-6 months, kinda hard to follow there meal plans being a trucker, Richard Neal went from 426 to 170 in 13 months

    It can be done, even on the truck. I've lost 80 lbs. this year on the Ketogenic diet. I hope to lose another 50 this year. Congrats on your weight loss.
