Estes or oak harbor?

I would take the guaranteed work over a maybe, but that's just me. Doesn't matter what you do or where you go, there will always be somebody making more money than you.

 

Just a little off topic, how come you left Conway? I was with them a couple years ago just curious if theres a lot of changes with xpo that you didn't like or what?

 

I have to agree with goat here. Take the one where you know they will keep you running!

 

Will Big E start you at mid-scale due to your having experience?

 

I think Estes top scale will be substantially more if you can hang in there at a lower starting pay.. personally I'd go with the higher earning potential in the long run

 

What terminal is hiring people straight onto bid runs right at rebid time?

 

I was kinda wondering the same thing.

 

Estes equipt is horrible,but overall not a bad gig if you get in the right terminal.
