Is that a push button on top of the block behind the tank? Follow the line. Air is just to pressure the tank. I do not recall who was the manufacture but Mid West Wheel in Des Moines was a distributor. It was good for fleet so drivers never had to buy oil and the same oil was always used. Not saying it can not be hydraulic just never saw it used that way.

What's a Henway?
A henway is a type of joke where the first person in a conversation uses a term in a way that leads the other person to respond with "what's <term>?". The first person then replies with the punchline (often a pun, although it doesn't have to be.) -
No sir I was not planning on it.
