M2-106 wiper，headlight and turn light problem

Hi All，
I am a new one for this forums. I have some question need help.
VIN:1FVACXCS 4BDBB1117, buid date:11/10. M2-106
1.Key on, I can see BH-164 on the cluster. At the same time, Wiper and washer will non-stop work,even disconnected steering switch connector.
2. open the headlight switch,only left headlight worked.
3. Turn left switch,but right turn light worked.
These problem very strange.If the BHM need be reflashed?
There are two M2 truck with the same problem. Anyone have good advice ？If any one provide the wiring diagram for wiper,turn light and headlight.

Thanks. Yes I agree with you. There is some problem with contorller. I do not have Freightliner diagnost software (Servicelink) and wiring diagram on hand.

 

Thanks.How can use push mode switch to get the fault code? When I saw the bh164 on the cluster, and then hold the push mode switch, I got nothing.
