Florida beauty express stay away from this company

if i take them to court will have to be the small court for the amount of 5000 dollars max who you think is going to pay that money ? Other drivers right ? Now if i can make drivers not to work for them thats going to hurt them , i know there is no consience on this crappy people but they will have to stop stealing because the main point here is we the drivers , where this companies without as are nothing

 

True , but those who are honest and hard workers the work for their money will think twice before going on this crap company plus when they loose all their good drivers they will have to hire rokies and the insurance will go up and them they will star t loosing money maybe they will even loose their name because the dot violations will be to many , this is a game you play inside the law like them the only good think for a professional driver they walk away and find another job and you wont loose nothing for them is a loose loose is a matter of time i know a guy who have almost 15 drivers like a year ago , today he is broke and only 2 drivers thats what i hope happen to this company and will come maybe next year maybe in 5 no matter when , is comming

 

No untill they start doing worst then now

 

I got one question if any one can answer please , i remember when i was at the department of labor they said the money i earn divide hours work wont fall under minimum wage , now my question is if i get paid even when i am sleeping does hours are consider working time or not ?
