    Good guess, but not quite.
    They're Swiss. One is a K-11, the other is a K-31.

Yeah, we know that. That is one of the reasons we quit going to Commiefornia, the same with NewTory York as well.

I'm going to call BS on this but only to the part about transport through the state. Federal law allows everyone to transport a firearm through any state as long as it is unloaded and locked up out of reach. While the NRA means well they too are wrong at times.

I hope not. They Feds have screwed up everything they have touched in the last 20 yrs. Don't need them screwing this up too.

Calling BS on this one for a couple of reasons.

    1. This was all done on the ground. Ground pressure will equal very quickly.
    2. In the air the pressure inside and out is a lot greater then what they could ever simulate on the ground.
    3. If they had done this in a pressure chamber the results would have been a lot different.

I always wondered about this, we used to fly in to other countries, jump out of the plane, and we had more then handguns. I guess the Army and the Air Force did not know about the pin hole theory. It take a whole lot more than a 9 mm round or 7.62 mm round to take down a big old plane. Heck 20 mm rounds could do it with multiple shots but I don't see many people running around with a baby vulcan that could do that.

I was just wondering how a gun going off in a truck would even be the same as a plane in the first place. If the myth were really true. Trucks are not pressurized. The only reason that we ask our guys to not roll down the road locked and loaded is in the extreme case of an accidental discharge, they would not get shot, or a stray round would not go outside of our truck and injure an innocent person driving by, or possibly even damage something on the truck. Like I said in an earlier post, we just use a little common sense in the matter. Better to err on the side of caution then wish you had later.

Yup...'cuz EVERYTHING that happens on the big screen is 100% believable and based entirely in reality.

If a simple handgun fired in a plane could bring it down, there would be no armed federal air marshals, no program allowing pilots to be armed, and there would have never been any instances of a military plane (be it fighter or bomber) being able to return to base after having been engaged by the enemy. Believe what you want, though. Facts are what they are.

Really? You never fly that high when jumping out of planes and the plans you jumped from weren't pressurized. Besides you have the training you needed to not have a AD. :)
