I brokered a couple of excess loads I had a while back. Both were delivered late and one had a damage claim. It was like pulling teeth to deal with them.

I work for Vero and as Made_In_Haiti pointed out, everything on Facebook is correct. With that said Broker Bob, we are an open book policy company and play it straight. If it is true, about your experience, kindly name the person you dealt with so we can verify what you are posting is legitimate. No company is perfect but we wouldn't have the customers nor drivers that we do if it's "like pulling teeth" dealing with us. Thank you and Happy New Year.

Also 77Ford, just a correction, we do not have trucks with automatic transmissions. Further our fleet consists of a mix of Freightliners and Volvos. Happy New Year to you too as well.

 

Problem was eventually solved. But this carrier is on the do not load list. No further discussion needed.

 

You Sir shouldn't bad mouth any company and then when the company offers to verify your complaint and either refute it or offer an apology, be refused the opportunity to do so.

Your refusal to allow us to do that indeed merits your comment "no further discussion needed".

 

I have a hunch that this isn't the first time a service failure has happened with this company. But I am just speculating on that.....

 

We have a hunch you are lying as you will not provide any info as to your complaint. And since you refuse to back up your complaint, we aren't speculating on that,
it's obvious. So to put it in plain English, if you are going to come on a Trucking board as a broker and bash a trucking company and a driver for being late and causing damage and not state the facts then as they say either put up or shut up...Sir. Have a nice night.
