    And finding a company that doesn't do any teaming might be difficult as many use it as a cost savings plan... But good luck in your search for one... I am sure they are out there.

    Might wish to touch base with @Chinatown about this specific aspect of training... He might know of a company or two with such s training program that you are looking for.

    I mean if I can't avoid it then fine I was just hoping to find one that didn't. For sure it seems TransAm is the one that doesn't do team training from my understanding hopefully I can find a few more and have some options.

    Good luck with your search and get it in writing prior to hopping in their truck. Recruiters are salesmen... Just saying.

    Yea that was the main thing that was told to me. Get everything in writing if I want it to happen. Now I dunno how often companies break what they put into contracts or whatever but I will be sure to get what I can in writing.
