Why exactly would you do that anyways?! I know you "can" tow it, but why?!
Dear lord... I wished I had a dash cam already, I've not seen anything like that but it's amazing what 4 wheelers get away with. ...like loading a toy truck (s10 sized) down with wooden pallets until it's about the same height as the windshield in my rig. Could see the tires straining...
How not to load a vehicle on a trailer...

You've never seen them load cars in a container at the ports or warehouses have you?

I watched two guys try to load a 9 ft wide boat in an 8 ft wide container, they tried to tip it on it's side and shove it in, raised it as high as they could, tied a strap from the container to the HANDRAIL on the side and let it down trying to get the boat to tip, handrail broke and they DROPPED the boat to the ground. I took my paperwork in and told the boss inside, "You better go out and stop your boys before you end up buying a boat." He went running out of the office.......HeWhoMustNotBeNamed, daddy2twins and Hammer166 Thank this. -
Use to haul cars to the ports in Savannah and watched them load a few containers they have some grapefruits or Brain Dead with some of the stuff i seen them doing using boards to stack cars etc

No kidding! Used to do a lot of the MBZ and BMW's to China. Everytime a new model came out, they'd buy every black one they could get their hands on, and load them 4 to a container with wood framing. I always wondered how many made the trip unscathed. But I'd just take my stack of hundreds and move on along!

Yesterday I was at the Dodge dealership here and saw 2 "professional" car haulers trying to unload a single car from an 18' deck over. The deck was so high the metal ramps were at about a 30' angle so they had to lay 2x8s down to stretch it out. I should have stuck around and video taped it, it for sure had potential to end in disaster. I figured they were professionals because they had a brand new Chevy and a fancy logo on the side.
Hammer166 Thanks this. -
Not a car but still funny/sad.
canadianrebel, Hammer166 and Big Don Thank this. -
Ya just gotta love contractors. . . I was really impressed with the way he "secured his load," once he finally got the skidsteer loaded.

That guy must be a SW Utah Plig contractor. Looks just like something they would do. -
If he would have just picked up on the tongue of the trailer and dropped the back end of the trailer flatting out the ramp he probably could have drove the stuck one off.
Terry270 Thanks this.
