My uncle drives logging trucks out of middle tn. He works a mon-Fri 8am to 5pm. 120 miles round trip to mill. Logging roads are rough. But they still fly through there. He is a small guy with a big personality. He is a the diesel mechanic.

 

Used to haul logs. And I did pick up a gal about like that. But she had gotten drunk, and who ever she was with had dumped her 3 miles off the road. When I went into drop the empty trailer and pick up the loaded trailer. That was in North West Al and was going to down in ms with a load of raw light poles. Hauled her to the next town. And when I came back through, Got pulled over by the local cops. Had to answer there questions for an hour. She was telling them about being raped by who ever put her out.
This was back before cell phones. But being it was winter time no way would I leave anyone stranding in the woods like that.
