Is there an official website to obtain your DAC report? Or could you list the best one? Can you get one for free also? Do DAC reports show prior failed DOT drug tests?

I will answer the last question. Yes DAC does keep drug and alcohol testing history. If you ever get a positive and its a DAC member company, its going to be there.

Go to hire right.com to obtain dac report. Your psp, which is diffrent then dac will show any failed drug test and most companies will obtain it prior to hiring you.zoekatya Thanks this.

like rachi said hirerite is where to obtain your dac report.takes a couple weeks.there's an email option if you prefer having it sent there.if it works that is.it didnt for me but I still got it thru snail mail.zoekatya Thanks this.

A shortcut is to go to hirerite.com, find their #. Call them and ask nicely for your report and they will read it to you over the phone. Takes all of 10 mins. Forget this 2 week nonsense to quote a wise and widely read present-day philospher "aint nobody got time for dat!"

How dows one obtain a 'PSP'? What's does the acronym stand for? -
psp stands for "pre employment screening program" Its a record of scale and road side inspections, accidents, etc. You can get one for $10 by going to the fmcsa website.zoekatya Thanks this.

Does the PSP listen any prior failed DOT drug screens or is that on the DAC report?HalpinUout Thanks this.

Should be on the psp as well as Dac.

I am not sure his is correct. It might well be, but I don't think the FMCSA is keeping the database just yet. Right now its just the driver, company, lab and MRO in the loop. The MRO keeps the information and the company just gets a positive or negative report from the MRO. So I would say yes to DAC but right now no to PSP.
