I don't care what that average is, that image is not you part of your Prime pay stub that you posted in your original message
You have been playing games here today on the forums, already had one thread shutdown due to your nonsense.
You created this thread, you already have one interested person who replied about the tanker side. You are failing to provide him with accurate information. @Sean nash would be better off reading other tanker threads.darthanubis, michaelg and nash6289 Thank this. -
My life doesn't revolve around this site

Yeah idk what dude talking about now. I only replied to this post because there are no prime company drivers on the tanker division on here. My recruiter told me ill be getting .465 cpm and she said the average miles out of everyone in the tanker division is 1900 a week. That will equal 883.5 average paycheck before taxes. So I was hoping they pay for loading/unloading or maybe stop pay and she hasn't told me anything yet.
-
Also she told me the minimum time out on the tanker side is 3 weeks. So I'm thinking someone being out for 3 whole weeks should average more than 1900 miles a week but apparently there's a lot of waiting around on the tanker side for tank wash, loading/unloading etc. and I heard they don't even run on weekends so ill be sitting around even more ?!%& That's crazy lol

I talked to a prime tanker driver middle of last year. They do have accessorial pay but I can't give you numbers. So you'll get paid to hook/unhook wash out load etc.Last edited: Jan 6, 2016
nash6289 Thanks this. -
Food grade Tanker is the easiest job I ever had. No middle of the night appts, off holidays, sat on my arse most of the day. You follow the customers schedule. Most places when dealing with raw product don't work weekends for the most part.firemedic2816, kiwi23 and darthanubis Thank this.

Thanks for the input. Sounds good I like running during the day that's all great but taking a 34hr reset in my truck on the weekends is not cool. Especially when not getting paid lol I will have a talk with my recruiter about that. I mean we all are out here to make money, I don't enjoy sitting around in a truck for free.Beverly Peffer Thanks this.

I hear ya. I went to an oil customer at Port of Newark many a time. Prime had a tanker driver there all day. Same guy all day and all he did was pre load trailers. He had a tractor assigned to him as well.
He did say he would do local, like real short runs around Newark to help out the other tankers. I'm pretty sure he was from around the area and had ample home time. Maybe something you can ask about.michaelg Thanks this. -
