How man accidents have you had?
No ticket issued; but is there a record of them somewhere?
How long ago were the accidents?

Some companies really dig deep looking for accidents like that. They know how to find out. Companies like Prime and Maverick will find out; don't even apply there.
Were the accidents minor or was another vehicle involved?

both counts it was my vehicle that got the major damage. 2nd time there wasn't even a claim by the other guy (of course, his suburban trailer hitch faired a ####load better than my honda accord)

I wouldn't risk it by not putting it on the application. You could be fired when you're on the other coast then you may have to hitch hike home.

Some companies aren't as strict as others. Remember, most companies insurance companies have to approve a job application.
Try these and if one hires you, try to stick it out for 12 months.
    Freymiller
    Navajo Express
    TransAm
    Western Express
    Paschall Truck Lines
    USA Truck

Be honest on the applications. Apply to all of them and probably get a couple of job offers.

    TRD Thanks this.

I would include it yes. Most companies wont hold it against you unless it is on your official MVR because that will affect the insurance that the companies have to put on you while driving a CMV.

On the flip side if you don't include it and they somehow find out about that it will probably end in termination or you not getting hired. So I would recommend just being upfront about it.

Did Chinatown just recommend Western Express? ;)
I am a bit worried about them since someone mentioned they can put your CDL in jeopardy.

The driver puts his own CDL in jeopardy then tries to shift blame rather than take personal responsibility.

    Lightside and FerrissWheel Thank this.
