The 11r24.5 tires that are on there are worn down to 42 inches. I measured them today

Sounds right, should be about 43.5 to 44 inches brand new, at least that's what we see with the tires we use, a little shorter if they are a highway tread.

So I guess I am switching to lo pro 24.5. New 11r24.5's would put my 5th wheel height at close to 50 inches and I think I need to be around 48 to be no higher than 13'6". Too bad I'm not geared 3.55 or 3.42 then my cruise rpm would be perfect.

Switching down to LP24.5's with your 3.73's will put you in the 1550rpm range and wont make your mpg suffer too badly with that N14. Only side effect is it will eat up those rolling hills a bit better!!!

The speedo head can be recalibrated , not that tough to do depending on which one you have
