I live in Lancaster PA and I've contacted a few Trucking Companies that Train new drivers.. CR England the "INFAMOUS" is right down the street like a 30 min commute. Also Swift is only a few hours away as well. I like Prime and Earl Henderson but I don't think they have work in Pennslyvania or Virginia. The real concern for me is big classes I would prefer a small class where I can get the attention I need. I want to be a great driver but more importantly I want to be a safe driver. Any ideas on good trucking companies that fit that criteria in Pennslyvania and or Virginia particularly South Eastern area Roanoke area
Starting out strong

The cdl cource is only to get your cdl. Your real "one on one" takes place with your first trainer, it is there you will really learn your habbits, good and bad. How to handle stressfull situations excc.. you will not be in a truck in the driving rain, after 9 hours of driving, trying to back across 4 lanes of traffic to hit a dock with 2 feet of clearance on either side in school.
but a good trainer can teach you how to handle just such a situation....
