But seriously: jump on the opportunity. OD is growing like crazy right now, which is the only reason they're hiring rookies these days. Not too long ago you would've needed at least 3 - 5 years experience to get a decent LTL gig. Jump on it while you can. They often allow transfers to other terminals, so you could start in Indy and move back later.Last edited: Jan 11, 2016

I'm definitely going to put all my chips on OD... This has been a company that I've been researching for months now and it's honestly the only company I want to work for (and one day retire from) -
