If you are the only one that pulls this trailer, the moisture came from your truck, I'd change your air dryer asap before it creates more problems.

I am the only one that pulls this trailer and its a newer 2013 trailer.
The air dryer on truck was replaced back in Aug 2014.
Would the moisture come from the truck air dryer? -
I got all my knowledge the hard way unfortunately. Like the other guys said, it's time to fix some problems if you're the only one that pulls that trailer. Glad you got it going.hilliard Thanks this.

Yes. Time to replace it or rebuild it. You need to purge that trailers system when you can get it warm. Hope you watched what the guy did it case it locks up again. Get yourself a gallon of warm water and dump it on the valve if you don't have a torch. I've used that on a problem child in a bindhilliard Thanks this.

The only way moisture can get in a trailer is from the truck. Assuming you didn't get someone mad enough to pour a few gallons of water down the glad hand.
Edit to add: are you draining your tractor tanks daily? An air dryer does not keep all moisture out of a system, still got to drain those tanks every nighthilliard Thanks this. -
Moisture is normal in an air system. That's why we have air dryers. Pour some air line antifreeze in your glad hands and work the valves through a few cycles to purge the moisture. A frozen valve does not mean it is bad.
