I too am looking at Bynum. Will they run you hard if you let them? Im not concerned about Hometime. I would gladly take time off in different places around America. Are the Miles better out west? Also, I have Local experience but no OTR, Is there training for a few weeks so I could learn things like e logs, scales, etc. Locals don't have to worry so much about those things unless we drive over 12 hours. So our logs are paper when we do need them.

Get you home when you want, they're real easy to work with. Miles are better out west. Not sure about the training part

I will give you fair warning not to go to Oakley. At least look them up here on the forum before you do so that you know what you're in for. I just got away from them recently. They advertise otr, but they usually only have regional and local work by definition, and it's mostly in IN,OH,IL,IA,TN, and KY. Short mileage less than 300 mile trips and you do flips so they can cut down on tank washes. Some places only load at night and the way it works out you spend half of your 10 hour break getting loaded. You can forget about getting a shower. Anyway, I'm looking for a new job, but I like my resets because I like clean clothes, showers, and a break from the grind once a week. Even God took a day off. I hate to recap because I feel like I'm always fighting the clock. That's something else you will do at Oakley. Just my two cents worth.
